To enhance cooperation between government, civil society, and the business sector towards ensuring inclusive and resilient policy-making processes in wartime and post war contexts, the event builds on recent developments, such as the adoption of the Law on Public Consultations and the ongoing OECD Public Governance Review of Ukraine. Speakers and audience will explore lessons learned and pathways forward for multi-stakeholder engagement in designing and implementing reforms. This side event directly supports the URC’s broader goals of inclusive governance, human capital development, and transparent recovery. It will provide a space for strategic reflection and dialogue among key Ukrainian and international actors, including representatives of public institutions, non-governmental organizations, and private sector stakeholders.
