The event places the human dimension at the core of the reconstruction process and features two thematic sessions focused respectively on rebuilding the labour market and innovating welfare and social protection systems in Ukraine.
Key discussions will explore demographic strategies and the future of Ukraine’s workforce, with particular attention to building resilient, inclusive, and sustainable employment systems. Participants will also delve into forward-looking welfare models, addressing mental health support, labour market reintegration, community-based care, and the role of public-private partnerships in promoting dignity and resilience.
The event is designed to bring together representatives from governments, international institutions, businesses, civil society, and the third sector and to offer dedicated networking opportunities and informal moments to exchange ideas and build meaningful connections.
