Practical information for participants — getting to the venue, badge collection, entry, the official opening, broadcasts, the agenda and more.
Due to the lack of available parking spaces, we recommend using public transport (tram lines 7 and 10) and SKM trains (stop: Gdańsk Politechnika, approx. 20 minutes on foot from Amberexpo).
The QR code authorizing the collection of the badge is available, among other places, in the application, which can be downloaded at www.urc-gdansk.com/app (login and password provided during registration).
Entrance to the halls is from ul. Żaglowa – through the reception and accreditation center. Other entrances are reserved for VIPs, delegations, and ID Badge holders.
Admission to hall D, where the official opening will take place (from 10:00–12:30), is possible based on separate invitations. Other participants are welcome to other parts of the venue, where a live stream of the opening will be available.
Broadcasts of the official opening (25.06, 11:00–12:30) can be watched at designated points throughout the venue. Streaming will also be available at www.urc-international.com.

The conference part is accompanied by the Business Fair, which take place in hal E. This is a presentation and exhibition space for companies, as well as national stands – including Polish and Ukrainian.
Yes, there will be two slots available each day when lunch is served. In the URC application you can choose the hours 12:00–14:00 or 14:00–16:00 (the choice cannot be changed).
