URC 2026 Approach to the Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue on Side Events. This document aims to provide external stakeholders with concise guidance on the key principles of the stakeholder engagement process for side events accompanying the Ukraine. Recovery Conference 2026 (URC 2026). It establishes a common framework for engaging representatives of civil society, academia, business or media, development partners or their project partners, while also offering direction for those planning to organize side events on the URC 2026 pre-day and post-day. In addition, the document outlines the main features and constraints shaping the overall stakeholder engagement process.

Anti-Corruption

The idea is to give space for follow up and providing reflections on the state of anti-corruption reforms as well as further related reforms needed for Ukraine’s accession to the EU and implementation of international anti corruption standards. It will provide for informal discussions and networking between interested international and Ukrainian participants of the conference.
